Fair use and prohibited uses

Not allowed

• Phishing, scams or impersonating another business or person.
• Spam, malware, or sites that spread them.
• Content that infringes copyright or the privacy of others.
• Illegal content, incitement or harm to minors.
• Sites about adult content or sex services, gambling and betting, drugs, weapons, or hate. This also covers the site address and its domain.

Fair use

Every plan has quotas for requests, data, deploys and emails. The free plan too. Unusual use, like a sudden traffic spike, may cause a temporary pause until we check.

When someone breaks the rules

• We pause the site, tell the owner and explain. In serious cases, like phishing, the pause is immediate. Other sites are not affected.
• We check site addresses, domains and the text of every site on upload, and scan live sites with Cloudflare. A site with an account is checked by a person before it is paused. A temporary site without an account is paused at once.
• The email says why the site was paused. If it is a mistake, reply to it and we check again within a business day.
