The service

DeployAI puts online small sites and apps that you build with AI tools. We are responsible for the environment: the build, the deploy, the address and the domain. Your code and content stay yours.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it. Content that breaks the fair use policy is not allowed, including adult content, gambling and betting.
• Keep your password safe. Every deploy to live needs your approval.

Support

We support deploys: the build, the upload, the domain and the live site. We do not fix your code. When something breaks in the code, you get an explanation and a ready prompt for your agent.

Payment and cancellation

• Prices on the site are shown before VAT, and the full price including VAT shows next to each price. A paid plan is paid in advance for each month or year and renews on its own on the same day of the month. Your price stays the same while the plan keeps renewing.
• You can cancel at any time on the billing page. After you cancel, nothing more is charged and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The days left are not refunded. At the end of the period the account moves to Free: the site you chose stays live, the other sites go off and domains above the limit disconnect. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan again brings everything back.
• Moving to a higher plan starts at once and charges the difference after a credit for the days left. Moving to a lower plan starts at the end of the paid period.
• Extras, like one more site or one more connected domain, are added on the billing page. Adding one charges the days left of the paid period at once, and it then renews with the plan on the same charge. Removing one takes effect at the end of the paid period, with nothing refunded.
• Traffic past the plan never takes a paid site offline. You can allow extra traffic on the billing page: packs of page views are then charged at the start of the next month, never more than the monthly cap you chose. If your sites pass the plan's page views two months in a row while extra traffic is off, the plan moves up one step at the first renewal at least 7 days after we email you. Allowing extra traffic or choosing a plan before that date keeps the plan you chose.
• If a charge fails, everything keeps working while we try again after one, three and seven days, with an email each time. If the payment still fails, the account moves to Free the same way. Deleting a site does not cancel the plan, because the plan belongs to the account.

Credit and referrals

• Credit is a discount on our invoices, not money. It pays plans, renewals and add-ons before your payment method, has no cash value, is never paid out and cannot be moved to another account.
• Whoever signs up with a referral link gets credit worth one month of the cheapest paid plan, to use within 60 days. The referrer gets 20% of every payment made with money by whoever joined, as credit that opens 14 days after the payment. A refunded payment cancels the credit it created.
• There is no credit for referring yourself. We may cancel credit created by abuse, for example fake accounts.

Quotas

Every plan has quotas. When you reach a limit, we tell you in advance and offer a solution. We do not delete data or versions because of quotas.

The badge on the Free plan

Sites on the Free plan show a small "Live with DeployAI" badge that links to DeployAI. You may not hide or remove it. Paid plans have no badge.

Marketplace add-ons

• An add-on is bought once for one site. It opens instructions (prompts) your own AI agent runs with you. We deliver the instructions; you run them, and you run the site and its upkeep. No outcome is guaranteed. The license belongs to the site: it moves with it when the site moves to another account, and comes back if the site is restored after deletion. It ends when the site is deleted, and it is not refunded once the add-on is open.
• The instructions are licensed for use on the site you bought them for only, and they stay ours. You may not copy, share, resell or use them on another site, or try to extract their original text from the agent or the CLI. On abuse, we may close access to the add-on without a refund.
• The Accessibility add-on is a guided fix to the Israeli standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 AA; the add-on works to WCAG 2.1 AA, which covers it) with your agent, a draft accessibility statement and our automated check. It is not a certification and not a sign-off by a certified accessibility consultant. Passing our automated checks does not mean the site complies with the law: the owner of the site is responsible for its accessibility and for its statement.

Temporary sites without an account

• A site put online without an account is temporary: it is deleted after the number of days shown when it was published (30 by default) unless it is claimed with its claim link. It shows a banner that it is temporary, is hidden from search engines, and has stricter limits (a small database only, no file storage or environment variables, small uploads, few deploys a day).
• We may take a temporary site offline at once when it is reported or looks like phishing, malware or abuse, without notice.

Suspension

We may pause a site that breaks the rules or puts other customers at risk, for example a phishing site. In such cases we will tell you and explain why.
